Admissions at Creation Acres Montessori

2026-27 School Year Admissions Process & Timeline

Step 1: Submit an Application

  • Applications open December 1, 2025.
  • Complete the online application and submit the $75 application fee.
  • New family applications will be reviewed beginning on January 16 in the order they were received.

Step 2: Parent Interview

  • Schedule a virtual parent interview after your application is received.
  • Interviews may take place anytime from December through February.

Step 3: Academic Assessment (for Elementary & Adolescent Applicants)

  • Submit a recent standardized academic assessment as part of the application process.

Step 4: Trial Day

  • Each child participates in a trial day as a required part of the admissions process.
  • Trial days are scheduled after your completed application and parent interview to ensure availability and a personalized schedule.

Step 5: Admissions Review & Decision

  • Applications, interviews, and trial day observations are reviewed mid to late February.
  • Families are notified of their admissions decision in late February to early March.

Step 6: Enrollment Fees & Confirmation

  • If accepted, families have 10 days to submit:
    • Signed enrollment contract
    • $75 non-refundable registration fee
    • $750 non-refundable tuition deposit

Ongoing Admissions

  • After this initial application period, admissions are ongoing as long as space is available.

Onboarding

  • March – August: Families receive welcome materials, orientation information, and invitations to community events.
